Two west-side Madison school campuses will merge into one building after the Plan Commission granted a conditional use permit on August 31. The 204,000-square-foot structure at 5606 Russett Road pairs a three-story Akira Toki Middle School with a two-story Orchard Ridge Elementary. Construction starts January 2027.
