Strategic investor in Procede; backed the RIMSS acquisition
Procede Software, which runs the Excede dealer management system for commercial truck dealerships, acquired RIMSS, a San Antonio-based rival serving agriculture, construction, and transportation dealers. The deal, announced October 22, joins two family-run software companies built on Microsoft technology that each keep roughly 99% of their customers.
