Salt Lake City police can now launch a drone from a rooftop dock and have it over a 911 call in about five seconds. Those flights feed a new Real-Time Crime Center at downtown headquarters that brings dispatch audio, body-cam footage, drone video, and license plate reader data onto one wall of screens.
