Asking UTA to expand discount-pass enrollment before raising fares
UTA waived fares for two weekends, September 18-20 and October 16-18, while it replaced its fare-collection hardware and software. The agency still plans to raise its base fare from $2.50 to $3.00 in 2027, its first increase since 2013.
