Designed the three-story rear addition rendering

A Dorchester property owner won unanimous zoning approval for a three-story, ten-unit rear addition to an existing Second Empire-style house at 24 Mount Everett Street. The $3.6 million proposal by developer Diarmaid McGregor includes 16 parking spaces—four of them mechanical stackers—and 16 bicycle storage spots.
