Three months ago, defense startup Mach Industries was valued at $1.8 billion. On September 10 it announced a $600 million extension to its Series C that more than doubled that valuation to $3.7 billion and pushed total fundraising past $1 billion. Sequoia, Ribbit Capital, Infinite Capital, and Bedrock all doubled down.
