Says UTA's fare proposals are not final, with a decision expected by Dec. 9, 2026

UTA waived fares for two weekends, September 18-20 and October 16-18, while it replaced its fare-collection hardware and software. The agency still plans to raise its base fare from $2.50 to $3.00 in 2027, its first increase since 2013.
