Republican nominee for North Carolina's 11th District seat

The House voted 413-2 to censure Rep. Chuck Edwards of North Carolina, the 29th in the chamber's history to get that rebuke. An Ethics Committee probe found he created a hostile work environment for two young staffers with lavish gifts, late-night messages, and comments about their appearance.
