Piedays Pizza, the pandemic-born pop-up selling thick-crust Detroit-style pies, has registered as a San Francisco business and applied for a state beer-and-wine license for a storefront at 600 Fifth Ave. in the Inner Richmond. The application, listed as type 41 (on-sale beer and wine at an eating place, with beer and wine served only with food), appeared on the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's public list on October 2.
