Older adults at risk for dementia improved their thinking 55% more over two years when they followed a coached lifestyle program instead of just getting health advice. The finding comes from LatAm-FINGERS, a trial of 1,065 people across 11 Latin American countries, presented July 13 at the Alzheimer's Association International Conference in London and published in The Lancet.
