Won Tuas South Avenue 3 Viaduct contract (S$430.3m)
Singapore's Land Transport Authority (LTA) awarded S$1.2 billion in contracts on September 30 for the second phase of the Tuas Road Viaduct. Three companies will build elevated roads extending the existing viaduct at both ends, creating a continuous corridor from the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) to Pioneer Road and Tuas South.

A sealed steel capsule sits on the seabed off Shanghai's Nanhuizui coast, drawing more than 95% of its power from offshore wind turbines and using cold seawater to cool its servers. It is the world's first wind-powered underwater data center, and its operators have signed deals to scale the design into a 500-megawatt cluster.
