Meta released Muse, its personal AI agent, to US users on September 8; by October 20, Sensor Tower counted 10.9 million downloads in 40 days, 10.2 million of them in the US. At its September 23 Connect conference, Meta added Walmart, Sephora and Shopify as retail partners, and daily active users reached 2.5 million on October 16.
