Voted with the 7-0 council majority on October 7 to terminate unless the county approved the First Amendment; the county approved it on October 20.

Las Vegas and Clark County will keep their northwest services agreement alive until February 22, 2027. Clark County commissioners approved an extension on October 20, after the Las Vegas City Council voted 7-0 on October 7 to terminate the deal unless the county signed on by that date.
