The Las Vegas Planning Commission voted 5-0 on September 8 to approve the Shaumber Road general plan amendment and rezoning, subject to conditions. Developer Panther Acquisitions had sought the entitlement for 5.16 acres on the east side of Shaumber Road, about 1,990 feet north of Ann Road.

Will vote when the vacation reaches the City Council
The Las Vegas Planning Commission voted 5-0 on Sept. 8 to approve a petition to vacate a portion of Skye Edge Drive in northwest Las Vegas. Case 26-0303-VAC1, filed by Ninety-Five Management with owner KB Homes Las Vegas, now heads to the City Council for a final decision.
